Book Description

October 1, 2002
In the tradition of God's Smuggler, God's Call recounts Brother Andrew's dramatic meetings with world leaders and clandestine encounters with persecuted Christians in communist China, turbulent Africa, and repressive Muslim nations. In the introduction, Brother Andrew reminds readers that the influence of his life and work is not due to any special gifts, but to a simple willingness to walk through the doors God has opened. Along with the stories in God's Call, Brother Andrew presents his life principles in ten simple but powerful steps-steps that can spur readers to pay attention to God's voice, serve him faithfully in every situation, and stay prepared to let God use them in extraordinary ways. More specifically, these practical and encouraging steps help readers consider how to live their life's calling.

This review is from: Gods Call (Paperback)
God's Call is the sequel to Gods Smuggler which is the account of how Brother Andrew begins a ministry of taking bibles into the the closed countries behind the Iron Curtain. God's Call picks up the story and focuses on the minsitry of Brother Andrew and "Open Doors" since that time and his work in Africa, China, and the Middle East including more stories from his days in the former USSR and Eastern Europe.

You will be inspired by his faith and challenge to serve believers in persecuted nations. In the midst of these stories with each chapter brother Andrew lays out principles of how to hear and follow God's call whether across the globe, across your city or across campus.
