This book is a light read. It's more like a primer then an informative book. Unfortunately the book's title really doesn't give you an accurate description of what you'll read within it's pages. The topic it centralizes around is sexual purity. You'll find the various references in the Bible as to why it is imperative: from God ordaining it, to how failures to be sexually pure effected various people in the Bible. Anyone that says they are Christian but has a misguided notion that sex before marriage is ok, you need to read this book.

Beyond that, not much is covered on the other areas that make up dating; such as communication, determining if the person you're going out with is good for you or not, problems that people need to avoid, etc. Again, it serves as a good primer in the area of why any Christian needs to be sexually pure but it doesn't go beyond that. There are several other Christian books that does a better job on the topic of dating. If you'd like to have resources that are more through on this issue, I'd recommend the following: When God Writes Your Love Story: The Ultimate Approach to Guy/Girl Relationships, The Roadmap to True Love: How to Find Your Soulmate and I Kissed Dating Goodbye.

For those that are parents that want to prepare their younger children for love and romance, I'd recommend:Princess & the Kiss: A Story of God's Gift of Purityand Life Lessons from the Princess and the Kiss (Revive Our Hearts).

This is an excellent book by Greg. But, an updated and expanded version is out, see link. Highly suggested that readers consider that edition.

Good book, easy read. Good start to getting on track for dating like a Christian.

This book was very informative and I recommended it to a friend and she loved it. There were bible references to back up the teaching. I would recommend this to young adult couple.

MY BOYFRIEND AND I READ THIS BOOK TOGETHER AND IT GAVE US HOPE AND UNDERSTANDING. A TRULY SPIRIT FILLED BOOK WHICH SENDS YOUNG COUPLES ON THEIR WAY TO HAPPINESS THROUGH JESUS

I absolutely love this book! It is a book that explains it all with Greg's classic sense of humor (page 76). It's one that I will recommend to anyone in any kind of relationship because it pertains to us all. I don't have a bad word about this book and I am a very picky person when it comes to my reading material.
