This book shows the carvings from Angkor Wat in great detail.Unless you are really interested in them, it will be too much. Or, if you are a serious scholar, it is an ideal purchase.

Well worth reading if you plan to visit the temples. Provides explanation of the amazing bas-reliefs, which increases the value of a visit immeasurably.
