The depth of thinking and the arrangement of topics makes tremendous sense for daily devotions, but also for weekly small group sessions.
The writing leaves room for men to make their own commentaries about their lives, enabling groups to "take off on their own" and encounter the topics through interpersonal discussion, rather than simply studying a curriculum together. This enlivens the group discussions. Good resource!
