How do we become mature? Not by buying into modern pop christianity, with secular and carnal methods. Most believers do not understand how much the church has been infiltrated by the world's behavior and thinking. In order to move into maturity, we must take responsibility for our own growth process. The Jesus movement and the baby boomer generation was supposed to be the hope, yet they did not grow up. A nation blessed by God with much prosperity produced an immature and self-indulgent generation.
Perhaps, now during these difficult times, when things will no longer be quite so easy, many will turn and look inward, and decide it's time to grow up. The author shows us how to do just that. This is a excellent resource. The author gives God's original purpose for mankind-or the big picture. Many today don't have a clue why they're here, let alone know what God's purposes are. Especially helpful to those who are not sure if they are really spiritually mature or not. A must-read for everyone; it is a timeless message! The world and church are in need of mature spiritual fathers and mothers. We have enough babes out there!
