About the Author
John W. Sammon, in addition to being a columnist and commentator, is an avid researcher of western history who has published non-fiction for True West and other historical publications. Mr. Sammon served in the U.S. Army at the Bridge of No Return on the border between North and South Korea, and has held a number of jobs since, from popcorn popper and billboard changer at a movie house, to crime reporter covering the brothel beat for a daily newspaper in Nevada. "The Gods who Stunk" is his second novel. He currently lives with his wife and daughter in California.
