5.0 out of 5 stars The best Godzilla novel in this series by Marc Cerasini
One of the best Godzilla books I've ever read, this and "Godzilla 2000" are really good books. Mr. Cerasini captures everything from Godzilla's radioactive blast to the army firing their cannons and missiles at Godzilla. Godzilla is joined by Mecha King Ghidorah, Mechagodzilla, Baragon, Angurius, MOGUERA, and a supporting cast of characters. However there...

3.0 out of 5 stars Good, yet something missing
This book is another pretty well written book by Cerasini but still not as good as "Godzilla 2000". This book mainly deals with the main countries of the U.N. building giant robot monsters and preparing them to fight any monster that comes along. Once again, Godzilla is barely seen in this book, only a few spare times during the book, and the final scene. I...

However there are some pretty heavy casualties, and a few things left finished. Also, the cover to the novel is awesome.

4.0 out of 5 stars Slightly Disappoint But A Great Book Nevertheless!, October 4, 2003

It's hard nowadays to find great novels that don't drag tons of detail or unnecessary plots in the stories. But Mr. Cerasini does an excellent job with Godzilla Vs. The Robot Monsters!!
The book is great! Never dragging and it always keeps you glued to the pages! The monster scenes are short but action packed!
The only problems I have with this book is that the monster scenes are short, the monsters don't appear that often, and Godzilla doesn't show up until the final chapter.
But all in all, it is a great novel!

5.0 out of 5 stars The greatest book of all time!, May 29, 2000
By A Customer

This is a great book for Godzilla fans. But it does have some flaws. I recall a guy named Pierce on G-Force in the book Godzilla 2000, what happened to him? And the girl named Tori, her name in Godzilla 2000 was Lori, what's the deal with that? But still a good book. It's about time you people turn the TV off and buy this book!

5.0 out of 5 stars Godzilla rules again!, March 24, 2000

This review is from: Godzilla Vs. the Robot Monsters (Mass Market Paperback)
The fourth book in the now defunct series is a winner from start to finish. Unlike the previous entry, this one has a briskly paced plot. Godzilla's magma drenched emergence from a volcano is a stunner as is the creation of the cyborg Mecha-Ghidrah and madman that controls it. Another essentail G-book that no true fan would want to miss.

A Kid's Review
This review is from: Godzilla Vs. the Robot Monsters (Mass Market Paperback)
HI MY NAMES TIMOTHY AND DIS IS DA BEST BOOK I EVA RED!It has all the cool monsters in the movies like Anguirus,Baragon,Mecha-Godzilla,Mecha-King Ghidorah,MOGUERA,Rodan,Fire Rodan, and of course,Godzilla, the big G.The monster scenes are so cool, and Marc has facinating knowledge about all the military technoledgy and weapons. The coolest part is the final chapter, when Godzilla and Mechagodzilla fight Mechakingghidorah.MOGUERA is really not on anyones side. All im saying is that if you are a Godzilla fan, your life is incomplete without this book.

4.0 out of 5 stars A First Class Treatment of Big G., December 15, 2000

An excellent treament of Godzilla. If Mr.Cerasini would keep his politics to himself, it would be a better novel. His cheap shots detract from the plot, rather than add to it.

But the characterization are surprisingly good, and the plot works well. TOO BAD THEY CANCELLED THE LAST BOOK IN THE SERIES.

This review is from: Godzilla Vs. the Robot Monsters (Mass Market Paperback)
marc cerasini really outdid himself this time. This book is the best of the series and it kicks @$$!!! marcs knowledge of military hardware is astounding and the description of the battle scenes are masterfully written. The only thing bad about this book is you can't read it and eat a bucket of popcorn at the same time.

5.0 out of 5 stars A book that will go down in history......, June 2, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: Godzilla Vs. the Robot Monsters (Mass Market Paperback)
This book is the best book written yet by Mr. Cerasini. Not only does it keep you interested, but also combines a mixture of fiction and real life. Godzilla and the Lost Continent (the next in the series), will be the ultimate final, because then, will we know whether or not Godzilla King of the Monsters is fully healed of the poison. I hope that Mr. Cerasini will take his time and write another incredible novel.
