He has worked with several national sororities and fraternities in organizing career seminars for students, and conducting Job Fair programs, bringing together college seniors, alumni, and a diverse group of representatives from major industries to mix and discuss potential employment opportunities. Along with his recruiting schedule, Mr. Laughlin also is actively engaged as a licensed Career Coach assisting individuals in their job search and career change. He is amply qualified in outlining the different job search techniques, which are used in the recruiting business and explaining normal mistakes individuals make while conducting their job search, interviewing process and salary negotiations.
