The author Darrell Laughlin has over 28 years in the Executive Recruiting field. He has successfully conducted search assignments for Fortune 500 firms from executive to staff level positions. He has worked with several national sororities and fraternities in organizing career seminars for students, and conducting Job Fair programs, bringing together college seniors, alumni, and a diverse group of representatives from major industries to mix and discuss potential employment opportunities. Along with his recruiting schedule, Mr. Laughlin also is actively engaged as a licensed Career Coach assisting individuals in their job search and career change. I read the book...well-written and a very easy read. Many useful ideas for networking and really grasping the job that you want. Have used many of these ideas. Shared book with friends needing a job.. It really works!!
