This review is from: Going West!: Quilts and Community (Hardcover)
This is a lovely book, with lots of pictures and pages of information on the quilt makers. I found myself flipping back and forth through the book to look at all the quilts made by each person. It portrays very interesting quilts in varying conditions. A great book, excellent reading and wonderful pictures.

I am a docent at the gold discovery park here in Calif. and children's books give me enough detail to tell a short story about a subject or peerson....and my time is sometimes limited for extensive research.

Children's books are wonderful to share with the children I come in contact with.
