A rarities collection by a late 80s band who is rare to begin with!, August 30, 2008

Walking the line between power rock, power ballads, and new wave/synthpop, Cock Robin, featuring male and female vocals together, released 3 albums between 1985 and 1989, but got little exposure. Which is why it's so amazing to find this collection of several of their 12" single mixes as well as what is predominantly a collection of all the b-sides of their singles, and many of these deserved better than being b-sides because they're phenomenal songs! Only about 2 or 3 songs on here were actually on their albums, and I would prefer they had been left off for the remaining 12" versions (there aren't many more), PLUS the ACTUAL 12" version of When Your Heart Is Weak--it says on here it is the dance mix, but it's not. It's the LP length.
