Good Product and Good Company to Deal With,

These crossbow bolts were shipped to me quickly and arrived with no problems. I did have a question though about the knocks when I received them. The knocks and inserts came uninstalled and had to be glued in place. The nock is actually an aluminum insert like on most arrows and the insert is brass and fairly large. I thought that they mixed up the order and didn't ship me nocks and I had to call the shipper for clarification. Even though I called the wrong number they answered my question and also gave me tips on how to install them properly. My only complaint is that they had no instructions on nock/instert installation in the box and the product description did not mention that the arrows were not fully assembled. This was not a big deal for me because I've built arrows in the past, but it might me an issue for others. Anyway these bots shot well and every one of them was spot on at 20 yards. I haven't tested them beyond that yet.
