These are the socks that I wear for workout, as well as walking around at home. They retain their shape after repeat washings, fit snugly without binding, and are supple on the feet. The multi-sock pack is a value in itself and comes highly recommended.

I searched the Internet for a particular type of sock that my son likes, but discovered they were no longer manufactured. So I went to Amazon to see what they offered and decided to try the Gold Toe. The price was excellent and my son likes them very much. (He's very finicky about some things and it was a real "if" to try something new)... I'm so happy that Amazon offered them and at a price that meant it would not be a huge loss if they didn't work out. My son has looked at the price of this sock at some of the department stores nearby & discovered that the Amazon price is very good; so now we know where to go when he needs some more. Thank you, Amazon.

Gold Toe makes socks as well they can be made and these socks are no exception. They wear extremely well. Being non-cotton acrylic they don't lose their shape or their bulk when sweat-soaked. Contrary to the claim in another review, they also don't shrink (or lose their shape). I play tennis 5 times a week with double-socks each time and have had a 12-pair set last me over two years (and still going).

In the few weeks that I have had them, these seem to be a good pair of socks. They are thickly woven throughout the foot component, with additional reinforcement at the toe and heel. They are slighly large for me, and my shoe size in a 10. I may have missed it, but I do not remember an option to choose a size of the sock when I ordered this pair. With the exception of the slight over-sized problem, I am pleased with the socks and do have the impression that they are well made and will be durable.

I was a little leary about spending so much for socks, but when I put them on for the first time, it was worth the price. These are, by far, the most comfortable socks I have ever worn. The elastic is strong enough to hold the socks on your leg, but without cutting off your circulation (like the last socks I purchased.) The socks are also thick enough to be "springy", while allowing your feet to breath. I would buy them again.

these socks are comfortable, seem durable and breathe alright... about all you can really ask for in a men's sock.

I have purchased two 6-packs of these socks so far, the first in July of '08 and the second in Jan '09. I bought the second since the first set was holding up so good. The usual problem I have with socks is they thin out around the heel of the foot and eventually tear when being put on (yes I will wear clothes until they are finished). Since I am on my feet most of the day I used to go through socks in about 6 months.

These socks are fairly thick and have not shown signs of thinning yet. I expect to get a year or two of wear out of them. My first pair is still holding up good. When I put the older Gold toes with the new ones I can tell the difference since the new ones are whiter. However when I wear them mixed my feet cannot tell the difference. Great socks and highly recommended.

I got these for my husband for his birthday and he liked them so much he asked for more. The are soft and durable and have more cushion on the bottom then other socks do. He is on his feet all day and says that these do make a difference.

I have been wearing this brand of socks for a LONG time.

I keep coming back for more :)
