I keep buying these socks for my grown son -- they're the only ones he likes. They hold up well. So far the quality of these hasn't slipped like some of the other Gold Toe socks I used to buy for myself. And they come in extended sizes, so they fit him well. They're cushiony without being bulky.

I didnt like them, returned them. If your looking for an over the calf sock, this isnt it. And as a crew sock, I found them falling down constantly. Maybe they will work for you but I didnt like them.

Finally socks that fit. I don't use the dryer just in case they shrink. I replace with same when they wear out.
