These socks are very nice and soft, and fit well. However, after walking around the house in them, I noticed they collect a lot of lint, and "pill up" like a sweater. This does not really go away after washing either. I don't think I'd buy them again.

These are super comfortable socks but the material picks up just about everything from the floor, and being that they're black it's very visible.

These socks don't have the fold-down cuff at the ankle as I expect from sport socks. They are also not as thick and cushioning as most sports socks. For that reason, I wouldn't recommend them for use with running shoes. They are of excellent quality, however, and seem to be quite durable and colorfast. Arrival was prompt as I have come to expect from items ordered through Amazon.

These are very strange socks. They are comfortable enough and they wash well - they keep their shape, elasticity, and don't stretch out at least in warm water wash. However, I agree with other purchasers that they lint up more than other black socks. My biggest problem is that they are really too thin and too short to be crew socks and not short enough to be athletic socks. They are also not thick enough to be winter socks but too thin to be trouser socks. If you wear socks in summer, they're a good weight.

I wear hiking boots almost everyday. [My boots eliminate my plantar fascitis and I live at national parks. Literally. :)] Therefore, I need socks that wick sweat, don't bunch up and cause calluses, are high enough to go above the boot top and can stand up to the torture of laundromat washers and dryers. These socks fill the bill. They work as well or better than the expensive hiking socks at rei and they keep their shape and do not shrink down to toddler size. I love them. My PC should be this good...

I have worn this brand of sock for more than 15 years and I recommend then highly. They wear beautifully and last for years.

I am diabetic so am REAL fussy about my socks. Most socks I find are too tight around the cuff or too short for the toes..these are JUST RIGHT!! They are getting hard to find so I am thrilled to find them on Amazon. The only negative is they do pick up anything on the floor when you dont wear shoes.Gold Toe Women's 3-Pack Weekend Sock

Part of my "meh" rating for these socks is my own fault for not paying closer attention to the product details. I purchased them hastily, thinking they're like the ones I already have (nice cotton blend). Not so. These are mostly polyester and if you have the least bit of dry skin on your hands (not to mention your feet), the material gets hung up as you're wrestling them on to your feet. Plus, due to the material, the absorbtion potential is like zero. I would definitely not buy these again.

i would say the only issue is that they lack integrity after a few washes , good price too , but the softest socks i've touched

The first time I washed them, they had fuzzies pretty badly and they shrunk up making them look like children's socks. I like them well enough for socks, however, I wish they would have washed better.
