GoldMine Plus Accounting displays your contact's credit limit, balance, and terms, putting critical data at your fingertips. Create estimates and invoices that will be saved in QuickBooks Pro and linked to forecasted and completed sales in GoldMine. The program lets you schedule calls or send e-mails to all customers that are over their credit limit or have overdue invoices. Stay on top of your credit controls and improve your A/R processes.
Avoid inconsistent customer data between sales and accounting programs. Simply select the correct data and GoldMine Plus Accounting will update both systems, eliminating the need for double entry, reducing inconsistencies, and saving time. The integration also lets you view invoices, with the capability of seeing specific invoices and their status. And, get access to inventory or take a look at purchase orders, with drill-down capability to view specific orders and their status.
Note: This software requires GoldMine Business Contact Manager 5.7 or later and Intuit QuickBooks Pro, QuickBooks Premier, or QuickBooks Premier Accountant 2002.
