5.0 out of 5 stars Great companion for the Goldmine Help Files July 28, 2009
Format:Paperback|Verified Purchase
Got this for my wife for her new job, which required her to update various contact files using GoldMine.

She was able to use it to create a number of reports, as well as short cuts.

She told me that the help files on GoldMine are pretty good to start with, but this was an excellent add on.

She has only started into some of the things this book can show.

3.0 out of 5 stars Pages missing! August 20, 2010
Format:Paperback|Verified Purchase
Which, I suppose, is why this copy was so inexpensive.
The information that was there has been very helpful. We have GoldMine in our office and just upgraded to the newer version. This helped me give better answers to the rest of the work group's questions.

I really wished it was the book for the latest premium edition 9.2 for GM but it helps answer a lot of questions for what I need.

Needs to be updated to the present version, otherwise a good place to start for those familiar with the program.

More About the Author

I started my professional career as a technology geek. Most people who know me today regard me as more of a business geek, however. My company, Computer Control Corporation, has been a high profile CRM dealership since the late 1980s. My role in the company has evolved to mostly business management and sales. This seems to fit well now.
