Oh yeah! Look, I know I claimed that tape 5 was the best of the series. Now that I've seen the ENTIRE series, I can easily say that this one reigns supreme. Golden Boy, which has been all about making fun of anime, takes it one step farther and makes starts making fun of ITSELF. The director of the series Tatsuya Egawa animates himself into the show, APPP studios becomes ABCD studios, and it goes on from there. Hell, they even managed to throw in a star wars gag! For cryin' out loud, buy this tape! The best Golden Girl yet, and cameos by all of the girls from tapes 1-5 make this the ultimate in anime entertainment.

The boys in Japan wrapped up the series by making a parody on their own industry! This time it's not man vs. woman as much as man vs. the world! Kintaro is a production assistant for the company producing the animated adventures of GOLDEN GIRL! They spoof the animators, the business, the producers, the creator, and the director. Tradgedy upon tradgedy builds as the production falls behind and threatens the future of the studio. Kintaro, with all his past knowledge, saves the day in his Golden Boy style. Well constructed story with an incredible range of humor and emotions. Get this series! It has been so unanimously ignored for being such an incredible work of art. From the drawings to the music to the stories, this is close to perfection. You'll laugh, you'll cheer, you'll cry, but you'll mostly laugh at the best sexual situation comedy in years ... perhaps ever.
