1.0 out of 5 stars this could have been a lot better
Okay, here it is, anyone who reads this probably aready knew most of the facts in it and every other page was a little fact just to take up room, also a good 20 pages that could have been minimized was about his film career nad other useless junk. Plus it could have used better pictures

5.0 out of 5 stars Damon: A true golden boy, July 15, 1998
This review is from: Golden Boy (Mass Market Paperback)
The title does not lie--Matt sure is one golden boy. I can sum that guy up with three letters: H O T. If he's what's selling, I'm buying. My only dilemma is choosing my favorite of the films he starred in. I suppose it's a toss up between The Rainmaker and Good Will Hunting.

5.0 out of 5 stars MATT IS HOT!, March 31, 1998
By A Customer
This review is from: Golden Boy (Mass Market Paperback)
I thought, gosh! Matt Damon is one of the hottest guys in the world. No...No...No...Lets make that he's one of the hottest on the top 10 and I think his name on the list would be #1. Matt Damon is also a talented young actor. Saving Private Ryan is coming out in June or July. Check it out!

3.0 out of 5 stars quick read, January 13, 2001
By
This review is from: Golden Boy (Mass Market Paperback)
This was a good quick read. But that's mainly due to the fact that every other page is nearly blank and the last half of the book is filmographies. There isn't a lot of new stuff and there are better biographies, but if you're looking for a quick easy read, then this book will do. There's a few small pictures thrown into the middle of book for no reason, but they're okay. The filmographies at the end of the book are probably just an attempt to fill up space, as are the 20 or so little one-sentence facts that take-up one page a piece. If you're looking for a biography with a lot of substance look elsewhere, but if you're looking for a quick easy read then Golden Boy will do. Review by mattdamonfanpage.com.

1.0 out of 5 stars DO NOT READ, May 6, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: Golden Boy (Mass Market Paperback)
STUPID STUPID BOOK. I have always looked for a good book on Matt Damon that would show me a better side, a new light and this was NOT the book. If you anything else to do, then don't read this book. It could have been a lot better. IF you ask me, it looks like the author put the roughdraft in print and I think the publisher didn't even lok over the book or else it woul NOT have been published.

5.0 out of 5 stars if you want to hear funny jokes and hot stuff about MATT D!, July 29, 1998
By A Customer
This review is from: Golden Boy (Mass Market Paperback)
In the movie good will hunting when matt got told that the scares weren't his fault and he started to cry you wanted to just be able to reach out and cuddle him like a soft squishey teddy bear.

while we enjoyed good will hunting i (jokingly) had a blank memory of where boston was my friend said [seriously] (mas of two shits ) after breaking up laghing at the (joke) i had come to realize that she was seriouse . - to fully understand the joke you would have to know her she pronounces whales as wells, piano as pianyo, secsesfull as sucksessfull,an other words such as (mas of two shits) as i can to find out.

me and my friend both agree that he is the so fine, everything about him from his gazing eyes to his proportionfull nose.

in our oppinoin (it's wrong it's just wrong that they showed him in his boxershorts in that one intamite scene!) too much close! with a butt like that and with it being raded r and all they could have so they should have!

he doesn't have a pe! rticullare out looking feature that really stands out it's just his general out look on life and his full aperance that seems to take your breath away with such an amazzing handsome build.

i think that this book would be a great book to expand your harizon of matt damon and to fully appritiat his handsome work of art and his surprising intalect along with his captavating personality.

thg - jeana & ab - kara

By A Customer
This review is from: Golden Boy (Mass Market Paperback)
THIS IS A BOOK OF NO VALUE. DONT GET ME WRONG, I LOVE MATT DAMON, BUT THIS BOOK JUST DOES NOT DO HIM ANY GOOD. IT IS USELESS AND YOU SHOULD GO READ A BETTER BOOK, LIKE ASIMOV'S "FOUNDATION'S EDGE"
