Bertie Higgins is the BEST artist I have ever heard. I bought the LP and tape when they first came out and played them until I got the CD, which I now play all the time. I have never tired of listening to his beautiful voice. The songs are so well written and tell such wonderful, interesting, emotional stories. Anyone that can write music like this is so gifted and rare. Please, ask him to record some more songs. If you are making a list of people who want his future CD's, put me on the list. I am anxiously waiting......

Some of Bertie's Best music, lots of folks never heard of..... like the Candle Dancer, Down at the Blue Moon, and Tokyo Joe, and then the usuals... I love the variety on this album....If you like Bertie's music, you will love this album

Bertie knows paradise,and how to express it. I live in Key Largo so I have the best of both worlds! Bertie and Key Largo!When you can sit on a beach in Key Largo and listen to bertie sing Key Largo you got it made brother! a privelege talking on the phone with you bertie!

The best of all songs is on this album, "Key Largo." The words and rhythm are the very best, not to mention that it cameos two of the greatest - Boagie and Bacall. I am 60 years old and it is truly the best of all songs.
