It's been quite some time since I heard this album and I must say that it sounds as good now as it did when my brothers first recorded it. I was surprised to find it on the internet but I admit it is a pleasant surprise. The songs are for the most part, as smooth and mellow as ever.

WHEN I PURCHASED THIS ITEM I WAS REALLY LOOKING FOR ONE SONG "IN THE MORNING" IT TURNED OUT THAT "THE MARVELOWS" HAVE A FEW OTHER SONGS THAT I WASNT HIP TO BUT NOW AM ENJOYING LISTENING TO. IF YOU ARE A FAN OF OLDIES BUT GOODIES, DOOWOP, OR OLD R&B YOU'LL ENJOY THIS CD.

This album's music has been featured in so many movies and one recently by Tyler Perry who refuses to acknowledge these brothers who had such a velvet sound. I remember my brothers playing their 45's of this group and I adopted this music as my own. It is worth it and it is too bad the download music stores do not offer any of their music!
