This book is a gem but you don't find out why until you advance further in this meditation system. This is a basic level book on meditation and increasing your internal energy levels while creating the healing "golden elixir." If you are going through the Mantak Chia system of meditation, don't skip over this book. It will help you a lot in later practices.

This is an excellent book. It clearly explains the flow of energy and how to balance it with your own body. A definite have to have for any library.
