This review is from: Newtons Cradle - Large (Toy)
This is a fun toy and for myself I've wanted one for a while. I am also training to become an elementary teacher and thought this would be a fun toy for my "Science Korner for Kids" section.
My only complaint is that the balls do not weigh enough to remain still in the center. When I used to play with these, the balls in the center remained almost completely motionless- creating some of the wonder and amazement of the toy. This is well enough constructed and looks good- the size is nice too. Only problem is the balls don't weigh enough and they tend to bump out & move a bit which also makes it stop sooner because of the increased friction. :)

I've always wanted to get one of these, and I'm glad I did. It's fun and a good way to waste time.
The cradle is well constructed and one whole piece, so it doesn't come apart. If you're looking to get a Newtons Cradle you can't go wrong with this. It's not too big and it's not ridiculously small like some of the other ones available. I am happy with my purchase and have nothing bad to say about this item.

Newton's Crade Disappointment,

This review is from: Newtons Cradle - Large (Toy)
I'm disppointed in this product. The strings are not strong and the balls are not heavy enough to create an enjoyable toy like the ones that were available when I was a youngster back in the 1960's and 1970's. I've spent hours trying to find a really strong Newton's Cradle but have failed miserably.
