With the help of hypnotherapist, Lynn Sparrow, Carole Chapman, while struggling with obesity, was enabled over a three year period to remember her lifetimes back to the beginning, including her lifetimes in Atlantis and Egypt, and to realise that her own three children, as well as many others she has come to know, are the beginnings of the Fifth Root Race. Those of The Fifth Root Race will be called on to deal with the Second Coming of the Christ, and the projected shifting of the poles of Planet Earth.

I know I am not alone. I asked from a young age; what's going on? Why am I here? And I kept asking until, what I now recognize with hindsight, I was ready to hear! I recognize that I am at my current level of understanding and considering all teachings, I feel this is a sincerely inspired work. Carol Chapman has bravely shared of herself and I am grateful for this gift to humanity.

As a registered nurse, being surrounded with the issues of death and dying while being confronted with moral and ethical dilemmas, I could not help but question the reasons of our existence. My life-long dedication to caring for the poor, the abused, the sick and the neglected often challenged me to look inward.

I felt as if the book confirmed that what I have been doing all along is on the right path. As I reexamined the existing world along with my personal tragedy and my reasons of existence, I would find comfort and confirmation into the light (God). Now after reading The Golden Ones, I am able to label my existence and identify my actions. Therefore, I've rediscovered my reason for existence is to dedicate my life to serving the human race (fourth root race) into the light of compassion and love (fifth root race). Being a nurse (do no harm), has helped me to do just that.

What are your reasons of existence? This book can provide the reader a better understanding surrounding the issues of death and suffering. I find this book extremely meaningful to me especially in my practice and that "death" is just the beginning. This book also comforts those who believe in the amazing power of the unconscious, reincarnation, karma and the need to live closer to nature in order to save mother earth. As a nurse guided with research and science, the author (Carole) was able to convince me with her supportive evidences and literature references. Her travel to Mayan ruins in the Yucatan, where she finds confirmation of her reasons of existence would send chills down your back. Her website was also helpful in providing guidance and support for those who need further research or simply confirmation.

This book leaves you craving the answers to questions about your OWN existence as well as reinforces the importance of God or a higher being. This book presentation and discussion of "the Golden Ones" would jar even the most skeptical minds. Read this book and let it touch your soul. Don't deny yourself! Carole Chapman cautions her readers to read her book with a healthy skepticism. Even with her warning, I was drawn into her book with delight and awe. Chapman shares her story openly, as she believes shes been commanded to do, and written it with fervor. Crisp, clean description and terse dialogue move the story along  even if you cant quite believe what youre reading. Chapman became overweight after a miscarriage, gaining weight constantly and unable to find a reason or solution. At the suggestion of a friend, she decided to see a hypnotist and chose Lynn Sparrow, a master hypnotist who is associated with the Association for Research and Enlightenment and teaches hypnotherapy. Immediately comfortable with Sparrow, she started her sessions and the odyssey began. Chapman found that she had lived many times, in many situations and her purpose here and now is to prepare the way for the New World. Pan, lord of woodlands, wild animals, fields and shepherds, instructed her to write, This book is written for the sincere ones. It is time for them to awaken. These are the people who, in Atlantis, were given or took upon themselves the task of preparing the earth for a new Golden Age  the thousand years of peace on earth. To allow that to occur, we must be in better harmony with the natural world, recognize God is greater than we, be open to the warnings nature sends us and do no harm. The more I affirmed that God was greater than me, the more I felt my proper place  small, insignificant, but definitely a part  in all of Gods creations. I belonged.  I felt an immense peace in this realization. (59)

Audio tapes made during the sessions with Sparrow enable Chapman to report her experiences. She also includes edited conversations with her young adult children about what she was learning. Her sessions are fascinating and her supportive research gives valuable information to anyone who wants to delve further into the topics she discusses. She includes information from the writings of Edgar Cayce, Madame Blavatsky, Carl Jung, Graham Hancock and the Bible, among others. During her sessions of hypnosis, she glimpsed the mysteries of the Great Pyramid, Atlantis, the Crystal, and Mayan culture and uses that experience and readings to explain her premise and beliefs.

Some might find it necessary to read The Golden Ones as a fairytale or piece of science fiction, unable to accept Chapmans truth. Not everyone believes in reincarnation or past life regression. Even those who accept that there have been four former worlds or that we are reincarnated, might find all of Chapmans revelations hard to believe. So did she. I spent months thinking that if I believed the information, especially on Atlantis, I must be crazy. I even asked my family doctor if I was crazy. She said no. (82)

The Christ Consciousness, Virgin Mary, Pan, the Brotherhood and many others communicated with Chapman both telepathically and verbally during her sessions with Sparrow. She has done what was demanded of her. She has prophesied the Fifth Root Race and New Age and encouraged readers to recognize the Light in themselves and others. She exhorts us to feel our oneness with the Creator and fulfill our role to protect and honor the earth. These are good lessons whatever form they take and we need the reminding.

The Golden Ones, From Atlantis to a New World, is one womans account of her journey and what was revealed to her and Chapmans story is stimulating, thought-provoking, well-written and hopeful.

Our spiritual lives are made up of many avenues and angles and it isn't often that insight comes from the revelation of our journey concerning the importance of who we have been...who we are and who we are becoming. Carole's experience is both inspiring and thought-provoking. As long as we seek the truth about why we are here, it seems we have a chance to bring about changes that are needed not only for our own benefit but for the benefit of all life. Carole's experience validates many different paths...allowing the reader to learn the value of his/her own while sharing in hers.

The Golden Ones: From Atlantis to a New World

The author draws material for this book from a series of regression sessions. This is a difficult book to review, as the material is choppy and personalized. The work attempts to cover a vast territory and offers a bewildering array of relatively unjustified formats to cover a serial status of Human Development (the history of the soul on Earth in the form of a series of five "Root Races". The races are: light-beam; whisp-of-smoke, translucent amber being(s); going in and out of bodies in Atlantis; modified animal bodies (present system here and now); babies of the Golden Ones.

However, the book does contain some surprising insights scattered within a matrix consisting of an essentially standard New Age model of reincarnation. A further point is that author tends to overemphasize the use of meetings with historical personalities within some form of "super-conscious space" in order to present various insights and this structure tends to make some good material appear to be slightly "well-worn". The idea of a New World is a not uncommon theme but there seems to be little on offer to account for how we should get from where we are to there.The Journey To Enlightenment
