I bought this club for my mom, who is hard to shop for. She happily showed me her first shipment - the fruit was big and beautiful, tissue wrapped and perfect. It came with a letter describing what she can expect to receive each month. She is so pleased and excited, looking forward to the gift that keeps on coming, and I am happy that I'm giving her something so nice & healthy. I emailed customer service to add a gift card message and they did that before it shipped, no problems. I wondered when it would ship and it turns out they only send their fruit gifts out on Mondays Tuesdays and Wednesdays (unless I paid for overnight shipping) so the fruit doesn't sit at Fedex over the weekend. I took the free shipping and was very happy, and customer service was very responsive about my questions.
This gift made me a hero! I would order this again for sure. Thank you Golden State Fruit!

This is the second time I have purchased this fruit of the month club for a gift to my Mom. My Mom looks forward to every month receiving a different fruit. The fruit is wonderful. It tastes great and packaged beautifully. I would purchase Golden State DeLite Fruit Club again and again.

Bought this for my father. He loves it. Said the fruit was wonderful and the packaging was very nice, including a card that described the fruit he received and a list of fruit he will get every month. Makes me glad to know he will have something healthy to eat delivered every month. Thanks!

Given the cost, one might well hesitate before purchasing this assortment of fruit.
Similarly, I was struck with post-purchase questioning of the 'did I pay too much?' kind.

For the record, this was a great purchase.

The fruit arrives on time-once a month...in uninjured...perfect condition....3,000 miles from
the home base of this operation.
(e.g. the strawberries just arrived...individually protected in foam).

Not one piece of fruit has been anything other than what you would expect, for the price.
No disappointments...just continued raves and thanks from the recipients.

The overall impression of the packaging, and the courtesy of the employees with
whom I corresponded was exemplary, but - best of all - the products are of the very
highest order.

Got first order today 6 pears for 19.50 this is not right, over 3.00 each. Sells at local for .97cents lb that 3 lbs at .97cent = 2.91 not 19.50 for the same 6 pears. They cane in very ripe better use them fast or they well be over ripe.
