4.0 out of 5 stars Super Reader, August 26, 2007
This review is from: Goldengirl (Mass Market Paperback)
A man sets out to prove his genetic theories. He believes that he can make a superior human being. So, he sets about proving it with one particular young woman. His goal is to make her win an unheard of number of track and field medals at the Olympic Games. Genetics aside, she still suffers from the same training overload, relationship problems and other issues like media barrages that anyone else would. They do have some advanced and fairly brutal training methods, at times.

The dark side of all this is a secret ratzi type cabal in the shadows.
