I've used this book numerous times and every recipe has been delicious. I baked some cream cheese brownies and lemon squares for my class and my students loved them! This is by far the best cookie book I have come across.

I've used Golde's cookie book since it was first published in the 1980s. With few exceptions, it's the cookbook I pull out when it's cookie baking time. I made the cream cheese brownies this week, this morning I'm baking the honey zucchini bars. Other favorites are snickerdoodles and pecan treasures. I can't believe it's not still being published. It's an excellent little book for both beginners and experienced cooks.

I have been baking almost as long as Golde and hardly ever use any other book for cookie recipes. I will give this book as wedding present to all my grandchildren.
