I revere Goldfrank's Toxicologic Emergencies. I studied it for the boards. I purchased the Kindle version so that I would have this great reference at my finger tips. My only criticism is that the diagrams are difficult to view.

The bible of the poison control centers. I never received mine as it was stolen out of my mailbox so I had to use an electronic version.

Very in-depth and accurate reference to have. Well organized and easy to find what you need quickly. A must own for critical care or emergency medicine.
