Calee is the author of a number of books for children including The Queen and the Cats and Caterpillars Don't Check Email. She holds her BFA in Dramatic Writing from NYU.

I downloaded this to read with my Great-grandchildren during downtime. They all know I carry my Kindle with me in my purse. I find having stories to read when they get bored keeps them happy.

This is the basic Goldilocks story but it has nice pictures. Emily learned when to turn the page by the repetition of words. Her older sister Elessa read it to her and all was relaxing.

The value of this book is that it is a Kindle book. I would not carry a library of classic books with me but have 16 happy books with me on my Kindle.

I am not sure if this is a review of the book or the Kindle. Either way I am a happy Grandma Kindle Keyboard 3G, Free 3G + Wi-Fi, 6" E Ink Display - includes Special Offers & Sponsored Screensavers
