My wife bought this book for me for Valentine's Day . . . . while we were in the bookstore and I handed it to her saying 'buy this for me for Valentine's Day'

It's full of great tips, suggestions, pictures, easy to understand suggestions.

The BEST part of this book is that I finally know what I need to do when I'm in certain short game situations. What club do I use/where does the ball go/what kind of swing do I need when:

I'm 30 yards out in the rough? Bunker with a high wall? Just off the green on hardpan? 20 yards out on the fairway with a close cut pin? A far away cut pin?

This book answers them all. I even made up a cheat sheet and will be bringing it with me the next time I get out so I know what to do from just about any situation 60 yards and in.

Great stuff. Buy it and you won't be disappointed.

This book is loaded with many, many good tips, centered on the most crucial facet of the game. I fully expect to knock 5-7 strokes off my scores very soon. Of course, the key to success in this area is, and always will be, practice, practice, practice. (Carnegie Hall directions, anyone?)

I've been an avid golfer for over 40 years and I've read every golf book, magazine, tip book written. This series is beautifully written and illustrated. I have all three on my coffee table. Aside from being solid instruction, the book serves as a quick fix every time you are having a problem with an aspect of your game, in this case the short game. If you are serious about improving or maintaining your game on an ongoing basis--these are a must have.

This is a great golf instruction book. After I read a couple of chapters I went to the practice range and worked on the drills. The drills/instructions have improved my 75 and 50 yd shot by 150%.
The book was worth 10 time the $21 I paid!!!!!

Would purchase gain. Lots of tips, large variety, put together well. Many different instructors give lots of different information. All books in this series are high quality.

I'm just getting back into golf after a 30+ year layoff. Tis is the second of this series that I have in my library. I found that it's invaluable because it answers my questions with superb explanations along with great photos and videos to back it up. For myself, I plan on picking up a complete set! Enjoy the read.

This book is outstanding! It shows the various components of the short game in excellent photography, with accurate instruction information. The continued focus is centered on understanding the various wedges available. Explaining the difference in lofts & bounce, and why you need different specs on different shots. I consider myself an excellent wedge player, I've learned some new tactics from reading this book. I read it every evening.
