Golf Buddy Pro-Tour is the best golf product I own, as it allow me to pick the best club for driving or pitching the ball to the target. Decreased by score by at least 4-5/game. I would forego the leather holster as it fits poorly and not very useful.

Case is to hard to get on and off. Window and control openings need to be a little larger.

I tried both the leather cover and the plastic holder. Both are supposed to clip on to a belt clip and lock in place. Neither unit would lock in place to the belt clip. Simple process, poor build quality. I do not use either holders now and am looking for a cell phone holster to clip to my belt. Ideally I can just pull the Golf Buddy out of the cell phone holster and not dink around with a lousy clip release mechanism. Who tests these things???

They tried to save 2 cents worth of leather and made it a shade too small for cover, over flap and entrance for charger to work easily.

This leather case fits the Golf Buddy Tour GPS perfectly. It is of good quality. The only fault I have found with it is that the viewing window needs to be a little larger to be able to read all the info on the GPS screen. The price of the case from this vendor is exceptionally low . Even with the addition of the shipping cost, the price is much less than the original price at a pro shop. Good buy from an Amazon's vendor.

This leather holster was received timely and it is of the quality I expected. The price of this product from this vendor versus the cost at the original manufacturer or wharehouse golf stores, this is a true bargain. I recommend this product and vendor.

I wrote a review last week regarding the product -- Golf Buddy Pro/Tour Leather "Holster" -- in which I was upset that the "holster" really was nothing more than a leather case or sleeve. While the transaction itself was smooth, the product was not "as advertised" and as a result I only gave it 3 stars. Within 24 hours of my review I had received notice from the company that sold the product -- Tech For Less, LLC -- apologizing for the potentially misleading name of the prodcut (which I had acknowledged was NOT their doing) and giving me, without any further discussion, a full refund credited to my account, telling me also that I should KEEP the leather sleeve.
This is the kind of service that gives companies a GOOD name, and I commend Tech For Less for their actions in this matter, particularly since Golf Buddy, Inc. is responsible for naming the product.
I encourage potential buyers to use Tech For Less products, if this transaction is any indication of their company policies.

I looked on the actual product website, only to find that this little, itty-bitty Golf Buddy gps "protector" was really expensive ($35 + p&h of $9 = $44!). No way! Then I found it on Amazon by Goggling "golfbuddytourleatherholster". I got the product for $10 + p&h of $5 = $15). It was "the" product from Golf Buddy in the sealed package. It fit perfectly and does exactly what it is intended to do - protect the gps. Couldn't be happier! It arrived quickly and I saved $29! Saved almost the entire cost of the product through Amazon. Thanks much and keep up the good work!

Considering the price of my GB Tour model, this leather holster should have been included in the box. After one incident where the GB Tour accidentally came off it's hard plastic saddle, and fell on to a cement sidewalk, the impact caused a nick on the plastic housing. Luckily, the GB still works just fine, although I felt it was time for more protection. The holster was ordered for a good price from Amazon.com, at considerable savings from the list price at GolfSmith or from Golf Buddy. However, I find it to be too snug and it was a struggle to get it in place. Once properly on, the magnetic catch held fairly firmly. But when the belt clip was attached to the holster, then to my belt, I found that the swivelling from the natural body movements often tend to knock the magnetic catch off its mooring. On the functional front, I find the window opening a touch too small for the size of the LCD display, so that the reading of the information across the top of the display, such as the hole and par numbers, was obscured. Otherwise, I find the holster goes well with the GB Tour, and should provide it with good protection. Were it not for the price that I paid, the GB holster would have been given 2 stars.

You know I was a little disappointed that it did not have the water hazard marked as such, but should have read more carefully. My husband whose present it was for Xmas LOVE it, so who am I to pout. I must admit we do not need all the bells & whistles, we are very satisfied with it & the price. Thanks a bunch Amazon.
