I bought the bead for my sister and she loves wearing it. We were unable to find this bead in Pandora's collection, so thank you for your amazing assortment of beautiful beads.

never recieved product
I ordered 2 charms from them the first week of December. Two days before Christmas I was told they were out of stock and could not fulfill my order. there could not have been worse timing and they made no attempt to make it right. I would NEVER order from this seller again.
