Suggest buying earlier edition,

I suggest you buy an earlier edition as the image quality of the reprints, particularly the very old strips, are much better.
This edition contains no new infomation or comic strips. The earlier editons can be bought used at Amazon.com Never the less, both editions are excellent with regard to the strips shown and the commentary involved in both describing the strips and the game of golf. They range from familar to unfamilar comics from the 1890's to present. A book both tailored to comic strip fans and golfers. I personally learned a good deal of history about golf and those who play it by reading such strips (...) |
