This book was recommended as a Father's Day gift in a magazine and being that my Dad LOVES golf, I thought it was a sure thing. It ended up being way more than that. The book is beautiful! Don't tell anyone but it is way underpriced. It looks like a $50 coffee table book. My mom thought I had paid $80 to $100 for it. My Dad loves it so much that he displayed it on top of tv in the living room. He was giddy to find many courses in the book that he had played. The only downside I could see was that my Dad may find numerous golf courses around the world that he now feels he has to go and play.

Actually, I am not a golfer. But I purchased this book as a Christmas present for my aunt and uncle who are recreational golfers. And spectacular is the word they both used to describe it. The photographs are beautiful and there is a short description of each place that is photographed. My aunt particularly liked that the descriptions were short. She said it was just enough information about each place. And now, maybe, they are planning to visit some of these places and play a round...

I purchased Golf of the World: 365 Days as prizes for our recent Ladies Open Day not only did they look fabulous on the trophy table they were the most sort after prizes on the day! The ladies who won them were delighted and have since contacted me telling me of the enjoyment they have given them (with photos to die for and destinations to dream about!) In all cases they are taking pride of place on their coffee tables with the added bonus of being able to visit a beautiful course whenever they wish at the mere flip of a page.

This book is gorgeous and the pictures of the courses are breathtakingly beautiful. When I gave this book to my boyfriend's parents I got to see his Dad smile for the first time! Great coffee table book :)

This book was purchased as a gift for an avid golfer. Not being a golfer myself, I can only speak to the photos. They are ABSOLUTELY STUNNING, and I wouldn't hesitate to show it off on a coffee table. A beautiful purchase.

My fiance and I bought this book to serve as a guest book at our wedding, since we love golf we thought it would be a cool place to look back at our guests notes, while enjoying the pictures. I didn't even realize when we bought it that it serves as a calendar too, which makes the book even more fun. Now, I am going to have my guests sign in under their birthdays, so I have a catalog of all their b-days. The pictures are of good quality and I like the fluffy descriptions of the courses. We are going to try to play as many of the courses as possible!

I bought this gift for my father-in-law for Christmas. It is an absolutely beautiful book and looks a lot more expensive that what I paid for it. It is well worth the price.

I purchased this book as a gift for my brother, who is an avid golfer. He was delighted with the book, and especially so when he found several of the golf courses which he had played included in it.

It's a beautiful "coffee table" book, and he told me many of his friends who have seen it are planning to purchase it themselves.

Best of all -- it arrived carefully packaged and on time.

It has a thorough coverage on global courses and arrange them on a timeline basis. However the descriptions of each course is way too simple, more like talking about a point of interest, rather than providing the information appeal to a real golfer. And some of the photos are in low quality.

The pictures and descriptions are wonderful. Even if someone only wanted to look at the pictures, this would be a real treat. I got it to give my brother for his 72nd birthday in July; I know he will love it!
