I was having difficulty getting a full swing back after a left shoulder injury. I followed a lot of the book and additional stretching and am now back to a full swing.

This book is very informative and urges the reader to get up and start moving. I don't think it's a book specific to golf but, rather, general physical preparedness. Most golfers would do well to improve their overall fitness and flexibility to improve and enjoy the game most all of them love. This book will help them get there!

Surprisingly bad. Poor editing, what it shows in pictures does not relate to what is written. Says you can get in shape in minutes and describes hour+ long exercise sessions. With some editing and additional information, such as durations of the individual workouts, it may become okay. It is not now.

This book is great for working on golf specific exercises and helps promote rotation and flexibility. I use it as an additional workout to my more intense weight triaing and cardio

This is a fabulous program. It builds up your strength, power, endurance, and flexibility in a graded program. Just follow the steps and stick with it and you will see results.

I've read several fitness books that are geared toward the golfer. This is by far the best one yet. I am very impressed with the way Christian Henning presents the exercises in an easy to understand format. Furthermore Christian is available on several social media platforms and is very quick and knowledgeable if you happen to have any questions about the material. I am looking forward to what he has in store for me in the future.

You wanna add distance , flexibility and take some fat off this is for you. I have no more pain in my left knee and it's as strong as it's ever been even before surgery. The program is easy to follow and if you don't understand the exercise just look it up on YouTube but you shouldn't have too. I took off 20 pounds and added 10 more carry yards to my game. Buy it and get er done!!!

Hey Everyone! A year ago I looked into Chris Hennings products and found out they are exactly what I was looking for! Chris has done his homework on flexibility and core strengthening. I am a 50 year old guy with a decent handicap (4) and 2 metal hips. If you follow his program, you will be walking around the golf course without lower back pain and hitting it further then ever!
