• Easy to understand and read view of all targets for the current hole with Carry and/or Reach distances clearly specified.
• Map view with detailed overlay information. Distance arcs placed at 100, 150 and 200 yards/meters. Maps are rotated to show the green at the top of the screen (Please note that the map view currently requires an active data connection).
• Get accurate approach and layup distances to and from any location in the map view using the adjustable targeting ring.
• Configurable scoring and statistic options. Track your score, number of putts, fairways and greens in regulation. Additionally, track number of chip shots, first putt distance, sand saves and penalty strokes.
• Equipment tracking. Add details for each club in your bag, record the distance you hit each club, and then reference this information while playing. You can also record the drive and approach clubs used on every hole.
• Record rounds using Strokeplay, Matchplay or Stableford scoring.

People here are so quick to ASSUME fake dev reviews, and the app had been free for only a half hour. So someone said that it improved their game, posting their review shortly after midnight... Just because it's the FAotD doesn't mean that it hasn't been available for some time at the Appstore, which it has. And that doesn't make that person the dev and thus give others the right to one-star the app. Also there were NO reviews praising the app for being free, contrary to what some have said. Just felt compelled to speak up before the one-star frenzy commenced.

The program did not give the option to move to SD card, but only used 840KB of space, before downloading any course maps. The permissions are very reasonable, appropriate, and not intrusive (out of 32 reviews so far, none has complained about them) - there aren't any mysterious ones that would cause one to scratch one's head. So far the app looks solid... I'm not much of a moonlight golfer.

I have this exact same app but through another company and when you're on the golf course it works awesome. These people giving one star reviews should be banned from public speaking.\n\nIf you are a golfer I highly suggest checking it out and trying it the next time you're on the course. \n\nIt will only work when you're on the golf course to the idiots trashing this app. Grow up and get a life.

haven't used yet, but seems to be as accurate as sky droid as I live right next to a golf course and it lists the same distances as sky droid from my home, the hazard distances are nice, the course map is nice, i would def download and try for a free app today

I was able to try the free version on a friend's phone and I was fairly impressed. I also checked this app out on Droid market (where the reviewers aren't generally idiots), and it's a 4.5 \/ 5 star app, both free and paid. I haven't had a chance to try this and compare it with the other golf GPS I use (Skydroid), but I will get to play a full 18 this Sunday and try it out more extensively. I'd say the app is worth a shot. Give it a try. I was pretty satisfied with the free version when we used it, so I can't see getting the paid version for free as a bad idea at all.

I live on Red Hawk in Sparks NV. This app only showed the Hills course. All other apps of such I ever had have both the Lakes and Hills courses. On my tablet, I could not find any customer contact info to ask for help. Furthermore, I went back to the app 2 days later and it would not let me access other courses. I uninstalled it. Lost $5 ... no big deal. I sure do not recommend this app to anybody ... stick to the free and simple. They usually have 25,000 plus courses to select from and easy to use.

I've been using this FREE app for the past couple seasons and it is great! Using in conjunction with an online account all scores are recorded with as little, or as much, information as you desire. Many, many courses are available and you can add more via a Google maps interface.

I paid for the "extras" just to support the maker for such a fine product.
