I am an Exercise Physiologist and teach a golf conditioning class to members of our corporate fitness center. I was looking for an easy to read book that I can use as a supplemental guide to the class. I found the contents of Dr. Wiren's book to fall exactly in line with the principles that I teach in my class. I now give the book as a tool for participants to take home for further study. The pre-game warm-up is practical, useful information. The pictures are easy to understand and follow. I recommend this book to any one trying to improve their golf game as well as health and fitness.
