The Editorial Reviews Product Description is wrong for this book. It is described "Where better than an official publication of the United States Golf Association to learn the rules of golf?"
Except that this book is the "Royal and Ancient" rules for golf *outside* North America (note the royal seal on the cover). It is not by the USGA at all and clearly states on the book that it is for European Rules (despite Tiger being on the cover, I don't know what's up with that). That said, it is a well presented and very good overview of golf rules, many of which I'm sure apply in the US. Just don't assume this is the USGA talking. |
