morning session
The morning meditation is beautiful with special effects to move the mind and fantasy to travel and explore the world within. I like it!

Poor quality
I ordered this product as a Christmas gift and the DVD did not work. I returned it, ordered another one, and the second one did not work. I would not recommend this DVD.

When I try to play the DVD, it is "wrong region." Doesn't work at all!
