Over charge on shipping,

Item was satisfactory but shipping was over priced and a promised adjustment was not forthcoming. Seller wrote that the charge had been lowered but the VISA charge statement did not reflect this. I was charged $21 for a 1 oz. $9 item that was shipped to Hawaii! Never again!!
