5.0 out of 5 stars Visualize Yourself Buying This Book - Then Go Do It!, April 9, 2009
The title of this book caught my attention and I am so happy that I read it! The authors' writing is easy to read and their directions are easy to follow. I look forward to not only trying their visualization techniques to better my golf game, but I am excited to adjust their techniques and apply them to my yoga practice. I look forward to future books focused on different sports by these authors. This book is a must-buy!
