From the supplier: Canada has reduced gonorrhea incidence by a factor of ten between 1981 and 1995. In both developing and developed countries, Neisseria gonorrhoeae has shown resistance to antibiotics. Reducing gonorrhea to less than .005%, populations with high incidence rates must be identified with specific surveillance and research. Once communities and groups with high rates are identified, non-invasive screening and treatment programs should be successful.
