Borek addresses the leadership models that are identified throughout scripture and helps the reader identify strengths and weakness in each. Borek uses the leadership styles of Joshua to Moses to Ester. He discusses styles such as The Administrative Leader, The Equipping Leader and the Subordinate Leader to list a few. Within the leadership realm this is a great biblically based text to reference and learn from.
