I've been using the Nivea Good-bye Cellulite complete system for over three months now. Specifically, I've been using the "Smoothing Gel Cream" and capsules combined with the Nivea Good Bye Cellulite Patches. The gel cream seems to work quite well, and I am seeing smoothing skin after using it. Also, the cream soothes irritated skin (ie: razor burn). The patches however... Short of taping them on with medical tape will NOT stay on your skin. The product instructs you to wear them for up to eight hours 2-3 times a week. If you move around in your sleep, you definitely cannot wear them to bed. If you're going to be sitting on the couch not moving for a while, that's the best time to put on the patch. They aren't sticky at all and feel more like a static cling than a patch with adhesive. Also, the patches don't seem to be as effective as the gel cream/pills system. I would recommend those and they can be found on Amazon here:
