I am tall and athletic and yet, I have cellulite. Annoying only in summer so I usually get a head-start and begin the fight in January! This is where Nivea comes in. Wow. Double WOW! These patches, used in tandem with their Goodbye Cellulite cream, do wonders for removing the "appearance" of cellulite. I chuckle as I type that b/c I don't really care if it doesn't rid me of the problem as long as it rids me of the APPEARANCE of the problem, get it? I wasn't expecting a cure. I did expect it to mask the problem enough so I can prance around in my bikini instead of sitting on my tush all day in the baking sun b/c I don't want to make the dreaded walk to the ocean! In all honesty, I did not purchase these patches from Amazon b/c I knew ULTA had them on sale for half off but I wanted to tell the world, or whoever is reading this anyway, that I do have great success with this product. I can't afford to use them three times a week for the entire year so I just use them for months leading up to summer and all summer and then I let it go for the rest of the time. Yes, the "issue" comes back in winter so consistency is key with this. I use the cream once a day and the patches three times a week. With my diet and running, it gives me all the confidence i need to get off the towel! Thank God for the lab coats who devise these clever potions, that's all I can say. :)

This product works for me, I don't even do a good job using it consistently but I know if I sleep with the patches on I can see a slight difference in the morning. I would recommend these patches for anyone with a few problem areas of cellulite, but the patches are small and the price adds up quick if you use them a lot. Buy the gel too, because that helps you see results faster. For reference, I have very little cellulite but the cellulite I do have is definitely better with the patches.

I did not see any significant change (even if my cellulite is hardly noticable), maybe it works better for bigger problems.I did not like that it was rolling off my body while I was sleeping.
