Good Directions 499P-6 6-Feet Bamboo Style Square Link Aluminum Rain Chain

This product was described as six foot copper colored bamboo-shaped links of rain chain, the photo was small but showed chain as described. However when the chain arrived it was three feet (not six) and was painted orange - really ugly and not something I would ever hang on my home.

There were further problems when I attempted to return the rain chains (I had ordered three six foot chains - a total of 18 feet - for a two story home. I received four three-foot chains for a total of 12 feet). Naturally they were very heavy so I chose the UPS pick-up option on the Amazon Returns website. UPS left a voicemail stating they would pick-up the following day - they never showed. After two days of no-show, I contacted Amazon and UPS picked-up that day.

A few days later I received an email from Amazon stating that my return had been received. Two days later I received an email stating my credit card was credited for the return of ONE rain chain and my credit card would be credited for $57.95 the price of one rain chain (and 1/3 of the amount charged to me). It took four phone calls to Amazon, much time and frustration to finally obtain my full refund.

I am a regular Amazon customer and usually very satisfied with the quality and service - but I will never purchase anything from Good Directions and suggest that you avoid doing business with Good Directions as well.

I ordered a six foot chain. . Get two three foot sections and there is no way to connect them without buying something else like an S hook. Ridiculous
