I agree, If it is not your style of music, DO NOT COMMENT. I dont badmouth FOLK ALBUMS so I expect the same courtesy. This compilation has great diversity. The music styles range from intricate guitar work to the usual 3chord screamer metal. All done very well I think. But ya gotta like it heavy to get past the vocals. Most are death metal style but great variation in the music. I intend to look into at least 2 bands from this comp. ENJOY!

Not sure why people who have no clue about metal bother reviewing metal. This opened up my eyes to the greatness of The Contortionist, amazing band. Add in This Or The Apocalypse and Rosaline and Cancer Bats...great stuff. And it's FREE!

Liked the first song on the album, but the rest are far more scream, metal rock than I care for.

I enjoy some metal, screamo, whatever everyone calls it. I enjoy it. I only give it four stars because, I like it sprinkled in to my playlists. I only give it four stars because as much as I enjoy this style of music and this specific sampler, I was never compelled to listen to the tracks over and over again.

This was an ok set of music selection for playing music space invaders. I was not sure was I I was expecting, but it has a punk vibe to the music.

Yes, I like it. I am a big fan of death metal, black metal, metalcore, rapcore, etc. I am an ok fan of screamo and punk, but not all. But I am a HUGE fan of ALL metal bands that can actually have the gonads to write about positive ideas, especially if they are Christian lyrics, and / or from other countries

When It Won't Save You sounds like it should be at the end credits of a movie. Primal Directive sounds like one of the few Slipknot songs I've heard. I forget which, but it does sound like Slipknot. I like the instrumental part though. Drive This Stake sounds good. It sounds like it should be in certain fighting games or racing games. Backlit sounds like it should be in a racing game and it sounds really good. Facing the Gorgon may sound better if the there was no singing. The instrumental version of the song would fit right for Rider from Fate/stay night. Like Backlit, The Messenger, Infinite sounds like it should be on a racing game. Rock N' No Soul sounds like it should be song that two people can fight to. Also sounds like it would in the end credits of a movie. The Good Death sounds like it's all over the place. Greetings From Easter Island sounds pretty good. It's one of those songs I would play in a car going on the scenic route or when playing racing game.
