Playful, quiet, innocent, uplifting, ... Whenever I need just a little sparkle in my eye and lift to my step, this album goes on. Liv has put together a wonderful collection of songs which remind one of the little everyday joys. If I had to have only one Livingston Taylor CD, this would be it. It's "unplugged" and masterfully recorded as only the Chesky folks do. He's there in the room with you! He's recorded many of the titles on other albums but if you want to hear, Liv and just Liv, this is the one to get!

I'm a little saddened to see this has gone out of print. It is as close to a Liv concert at home as you can get. It covers many of the classic Liv songs, as well as a few of his favorite covers. And it was all done Chesky style, no overdubs or enhancements, just a full dose of fine songs and strong performances. If you like Liv, it's a shame you can't buy it.
