I read this book and my friends can't wait for each other to read it, so 3 of them have already bought their own copies!

If you want a book on sexual positions and techniques, this book is not for you. However, if you are a woman who wants to learn that it is OK to be sexy and how to incorperate sexyness into everyday of your life (as well as redefine your idea about what it means to be "bad") this book is awesome! It is really about becoming an autonomous, confidant, adult woman! It's great!

My self-esteem is rising as I do the excersizes (don't worry, most of them are even FUN!) in the book. My posture has changed, I no longer have clothes in my warddrobe that I do not enjoy wearing, and it has opened up a whole range of wonderful conversation with my girls. In fact, if you liked this book or are interesting in hearing more from people that have read it, check out the Yahoo! Group "confident women"!

Basically, it is easy to read and full of great information for women at any stage in life that would like some encouragement to show their natural sexy attitude!

This book belongs on every woman's shelf--right next to Laure Redmond's "Feel Good Naked" and SARK's "Eat Mangos Naked". This is one of the very few books that gets to the heart of it--increasing your sensuality and appeal by increasing your self esteem.THAT is the aim of the book--the idea that being "bad" is a joyous attitude of self love and self respect--recognizing that you are a precious, gorgeous, voluptuous, sexy human being--and your age, size--nothing!--can keep you from feeling this wonderful about yourself if you're willing to take the risk and embrace the changes. It's playful, thoughtful and funny--and the techniques are very, very effective.

This book teaches women how to have strong self esteem as well as how to be the sexy woman we were all born to be. It teaches how to reach your natural sexiness without being sleazy or gaudy, it is simply feminine. It is full of information and an easy read with personal stories to aid in reaching the woman deep inside. I recommend this book to every woman whether you be single, dating, or married.

I was browsing through my local book store when I came upon this book. I sat in there for about 2 hrs reading this book non-stop. It's incredible! I think it has enhanced my sexual self-esteem and desires. I discussed the book with my boyfriend, and he also read it..and learned a thing or two. Let's just say it has been a very energetic, and rough sexual experience for the both of us. He definetly knows what I want now!

You have a good job, you dress nicely -- you even visit your parents once a week. However, you still have a naughty girl within that is dying to come out of her shell. The Good Girl's Guide to Bad Girl Sex is a great introduction to help even the most timid woman shatter her inhibitions. From discovering the sex toys you never thought you had (like the silk scarf that can be used to tie him to the bed) to learn how to use verbal stimulation in and out of bed, this wonderful and insightful guidebook will make you feel good about being bad. This is one of the best reading investments I've made all year!

This book goes far beyong 'bedroom skills' and deals with how to act like a sensual woman through your daily life. The author covers how what we wear affects how we feel, our walk, posture, the thoughts that go through our minds. It is very interesting. Being faithfully married for fourteen years, this has helped me to be even more attracted to my husband, and our sex life has gone off the charts, as I feel good about who I am. Barbara Keesling writes in a fun way, like she was sitting down having a conversation with you. Great sex truly is 99% mental. This book is sure to help you have the sex you've always wanted if you follow through with the suggestions she makes.

I started reading this book when my boyfriend mentioned that his cousin was reading it, and he believed that I defined "good girl", and needed to shift over to "bad girl" by reading this book. I thought our sex life was great, but my partner is older and more experienced than I am, so I took his words seriously and ordered the book.

I'm only 3/4 through the book and it has made a SERIOUS difference in my sex life. We're having more pleasure and more FUN than ever imaginable! I totally rock his world now, and I can't imagine being a good girl ever again!

Most of this book isn't about sex, really. It's about your image of yourself, and how you have been "taught", growing up, that thoughts about sex are bad and that wanting sex automatically makes you promiscuous. It teaches you to embrace sex as something healthy, fun, and needed! Keesling pulls you outside to look at the way you have been behaving, and explains why you're doing this and how to change it to make you feel more confident, and sexier! This goes for walking, talking, sitting, standing, dressing, everything. And it doesn't tell you to dress like a prostitute, either, so don't worry. All of this comfort in everyday life makes you more confident under the sheets. You learn to feel comfortable telling your guy what you want, asking him what he wants, delivering upon both yours and his needs, and having a TON of fun!!

I am so happy I have read this book, and I can't believe I had a sex life before this! This book is fun, informative, and very easy to read. The context is casual, so it feels like you're having a one-on-one chitchat with your favorite girlfriend, which is never boring. What've you got to lose by picking up this book? Seriously!! Good girl no more!! ;)

As a preface, my mom died when i was 13. I've been wandering around womanhood and feminity without a compass for 10 years. This got me back on course. I'm learning to embrace the power that comes along with being a woman, not only that, but i'm learning to focus it and not be ashamed of it.

This book is not just about sex, but it's about how a woman should see herself. It's about saying it's okay to be sexual, think about sex, enjoy sex, exude sex. It is not about being a slut. It's about being empowered.

For a single woman, this book would be perfect. But for those that are married, I just don't see it being all that useful. I bought it to help spice up my marriage, but it really was more focused on those that are single and still searching for their partner in life.
