I am one of those people whose bone just below the knee sticks out a little. Its actually quite common and it makes any sort of kneeling on hard surfaces sheer torture. I was actually thinking about buying knee pads from Home Depot until I stumbled across this on Amazon. Its nothing short of a savior and it certainly doesn't have to be just limited to gardening work, in fact I didn't buy it for gardening at all. I use it for anything that requires me to kneel down. For example we cleaned out our kitchen cabinets last week and I knelt down on the linoleum floor and immediately got right back up to get this mat. Its literally the difference between being in immense pain and being 100% comfortable. I think its well worth the 15 bucks!

Overall it a great quality mat with adequate padding and a nice hand grip for picking it up easily. In all honesty what more could they really add to a kneeling mat?

not much to say in details, its simple to use, very think yet very comfortable padding. cant compare it to other products but i am very pleased that it serves its purpose, keeps your knees feeling good when you have to kneel
